Any recommended Dosing pump

Unfortunately the dosing ports aren't connected to PWM pins, at one point all the pins were being used so there wasn't enough PWM for everything.

I suggest what fietsenrex did, use a voltage regulator to drop the 12v, some are variable so you can set where you like. If you are happy with 5v you can also use any +5v pin on the controller as well. Something like this would work.
