Hi Rob,

Do you know what the maximum cable length is that i can use for the following sensor from your shop?
Non-Contact Liquid Level Water Sensor KXC-Y25-V

I wanted to use this for monitoring my display tank, in case the return pomp would fail.
But I believe that my own cable extension is too long for good results.

Hi Jimmy, I've tested sensors up to 40 feet, how long are you running?

Hi Rob, less then 8 feet, hmm I supose the hook tape wasn't the best idea.
(Glas in the back is 15mm, and 2mm for the hook tape)

17mm is getting to the limit. If you pull off the back cap on sensor you should see a small screw, this is sensitivity adjustment, try changing it to see if it helps.
