Unable to control DC ports

Hi Rob,

Thank you for your prompt response

• Reload or Reboot not solving the problem
  
• I checked the voltage between red/blue pads and black circled and there is no voltage.
  
• Additionally, I checked DC ports 1;2;3;4;5;6;7 and Led Port 1 - the same issue, no response
