It's baffeling me how to upload sketches to the boards .
I am unable to upload sketches to boards unless I disconect DUE or MEGA from the custom boards.
Rob how do you power everything??
From whitch power jack??
Do I have to connect all 3 power jacks that are on the boards or only the two on the PowerBar??

Hi sassod, that does seem to be a problem with the Mega, I experience the same thing. I have to unplug the mega and then upload to it. With the Due when you upload to it the first upload only clears the memory then the 2nd upload after a reset works. I press upload wait till it says "No due found" or whatever, then I press the reset button, hit upload again and it works. I would love to know why the mega needs to be unplugged, something is obviously being tied up when its plugged in. I don't know if its because I'm using Tx1 and Tx2.

I figured out why there are programming issues, its because of the reset circuit on the boards. I have an I/O pin going to the reset pin which is controlled in the GUI on the Due anyways, not being used on the power bar. The reason its a problem is when programming with the IDE, it sends a command to the arduino which resets its so it can be programmed. Because the reset circuit is tied up the IDE is unable to reset the arduino and program it.
This has been corrected on the Power Bar board and will be sorted out on the Due shortly. Now you can leave the system running and program updates without disrupting anything. I'll send everyone instructions on how to fix it, its really easy.

Happy to report the uploading problem on the Due has been solved.
You can now upload to the Mega 2560 and Due without disconnecting or removing them from the board. You can extend the programming port if you want so updating is easy and no opening boxes.

I have done that. All seams good and display is running. But only if i power the Due AND the board. Connecting only the board, the display doesn't run. Is it correct?
I played 1 hour with display for watching all possibilities!... And it's really great! ? Now i have to check the connecting board.
