not a par meter but a LUX meter is some thing that has been talked about. and has a slot all ready on the expansion board Everyone has to remember that Robo-Tank is a small start up so it will take a little time to get this all finished but that is why it is a better product

I would love to add one but not sure where to start. If anyone knows of a PAR sensor that works on an arduino let me know.

I was talking with someone on those forums a while ago about a DIY par meter, there's definitely a lot to those and if I do it I need to make sure they are fairly accurate and consistent. It'll be down the road a bit but I definitely would like to add it, in the end I want everything. Smile

or make it a separate add on unit

Yeah in the end it'll probably be an add-on depending how it works. If it can work of an analog pin nothing but the sensor would be needed.
