Lights Ramp V5.2
#1
V5.2

Lately, I noticed my lights are not ramping on, off, or sometimes held in the same mode.  The controller on the front screen states it is in the correct mode.  When I go into the light setting and select one of the modes, the lights turn to that mode, however, it reverts when I exit.  When I reset the controller, then the lights work correctly again.  It appears to be happening every couple of days.  Got any suggestions?

Hi Mike, I'm sorry for such a long delay, I didn't get an email from the forum.

Did you make any changes to the settings or add any extra hardware since it started acting up?

It almost sounds like the PCA9685 loses communication with controller, does the clock remain ok?

What you explain when going to light modes page is proper, when you exit the lights resume to the mode they should be in, the change is only so you can adjust the mode.

yup the clock appears to correct.  2 days ago I used the "Sync display and controller" function and so far so good.  Maybe that resolved the issue.  I'll let you know if it returns.

Since the clock is fine there's a good chance the sync will sort it out as it sounds like it was running fine.
