That's right, I forgot that you were doing larger amp relays with less outlets. I'm thinking of replacing my (2) 8-outlet relay boxes with (2) of the 8amp 8-outlet boxes and also have 1 4-outlet 30amp relay box.
As far as making it serviceable from both sides, the only thing that comes to mind right away is to have a 0.250 quick disconnect wire attaching the outlets to the relays.
