I've got the 8 port power module. I currently have 2 heaters and a pump plugged into it. I tried adding a 3rd confirmed working heater but it will not turn on, even though reef-pi shows it to be on. I've tried it on multiple ports now. Any idea how to figure out what's wrong?

Hi @kdx7214 any chance you tried outlet 1 or 2 that requires the jumper or switch on the main controller?
It sounds like a configuration issue as it happens on multiple ports, did you tried manually switching it from the equipment tab?
Are you using reef-pi or my app?
