So I'm looking at purchasing the Robo-Tank for my upcoming cichlid build. Being this uses a Raspberry Pi I had the idea to use Node-Red with it to poll my Iotawatt circuit monitor for some advanced power control. Does the Robo-Tank software allow input from mqtt or other waya for advanced control?

Hi @Cataract2 currently the app doesn't have any input support, it could be a while before that happens but something on the list. You might look at reef-pi as it has an API and integrates with Home Assistant and the like, it might be capable of what you want.
If you have a Pi you can load reef-pi and explore to make sure it'll do what you need.
Yeah the hardware is separate, you can DIY everything if you're up to it.
