how does it work with a power bar with scl sda !? I have a 16 times scl sda expander here, I can use it to connect my 8-pin sockets or does it work differently
Only I thought the power bars are realized via a corresponding relay

The expander only give you pins using I2C, you still need electronics to switch the relay. You can connect 16 relays like you have without that.
